Maggie Timoney

Managing Director

A veteran of HEINEKEN since 1998, Maggie previously served as Chief People Officer at HEINEKEN USA (since 2010), during a period that saw a significant turnaround in its business. In her prior role as general manager of HEINEKEN Canada (2006–2010), she drove substantial growth of the brand, resulting in Canada becoming one of its top 10 markets in the world. Maggie previously fulfilled a range of leadership roles for HEINEKEN in the Netherlands (2001–2006) and in the US where she commenced her career in national sales planning.


Patrick Conway

On Trade Director

A native of Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Patrick graduated from UCD with a BSc Agr.Sc. Patrick developed his career in marketing in the UK with consumer healthcare companies A.H. Robbins and Whitehall Laboratories. Patrick joined HEINEKEN Ireland as Marketing Director in 1991 and subsequently as Commercial Director. Over this period HEINEKEN Ireland has developed into a significant player in the Irish drinks industry. Currently On Trade Director with business unit responsibility for Sales, Revenue, Quality, Trade Marketing and On Trade Services.


Conor Hyland

Finance Director

Conor was appointed Finance Director in September 2015. A native of Cork, Conor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has been with HEINEKEN Ireland since 1996. Conor has worked across a number of Finance and IT roles including short term assignments with HEINEKEN International in New York and Bahamas. Prior to joining HEINEKEN Ireland Conor worked for four years with KPMG.


Kathryn D'Arcy

Corporate Affairs Director

Kathryn was appointed Corporate Affairs Director in January 2015. She holds a Food Science and Technology Degree from University College Cork and a Masters in Public and Political Communications from Dublin City University. Kathryn began her career working in Germany and London with Bord Bia. She returned to Dublin where she held a number of senior roles in IBEC. Prior to her appointment as Corporate Relations Director, she was the Director of the Alcohol Beverage Federation of Ireland.


Radina Shkutova

Marketing Director

Radina Shkutova was appointed Marketing Director, HEINEKEN Ireland in September 2016. She joins HEINEKEN Ireland from the HEINEKEN Zagorka Brewery in Bulgaria where she was also Marketing Director. Radina was awarded the auspicious "Advertiser of the Year" Award in Bulgaria in 2014 and 2016. Prior to HEINEKEN she worked in Account Management at Publicis MARC Advertising in Bulgaria.


Ingrid van der Vorst

HR Director

Ingrid began her career with HEINEKEN at Export in 1999 in the Netherlands, before joining HEINEKEN USA in 2011. In the USA, she held a leadership role in key initiatives for HEINEKEN USA, such as critical business alignment initiatives both in sales and marketing, she also lead the company’s cultural transformation and built a strong HR Business Partner team. Prior to HEINEKEN she worked as HR Advisor at Amsterdam.


Pete Green

Off Trade Director

Pete Green joined HEINEKEN Ireland as the Off Trade Director in September 2017. Pete previously worked in HEINEKEN USA where he held the role of National Sales Director for Grocery in West Coast of the United States since 2014. Pete first started in the industry with Scottish and Newcastle in the UK as a graduate in 1998. Following HEINEKEN’s acquisition of Scottish & Newcastle, Pete held a number of commercial roles across both On and Off Trade. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours in business and politics from Keele University.


John Golden

John Golden

Supply Chain Director

John has been with HEINEKEN Ireland since 1997 where he has worked in Finance and our wholesale business. In 2013, John was appointed as Customer Service and Logistics Director. Prior to joining HEINEKEN Ireland John worked for over six years with Goulding Chemicals Ltd., then part of IAWS PLC (now called Aryzta) and now part of Origin PLC.
